Redmi Note 12 will join the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Pro+ in India on January 5. Recently, the Twitter account for Redmi India has been quite active in promoting the new Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ smartphones. Both of them are scheduled to debut in India on January 5, as reported yesterday. But in addition to those two, there is also a model that is considered to be entry-level, and it was unveiled with those two in China back in October.

We are, of course, referring to the Redmi Note 12, and until then, it was unknown whether or not it would go from China to India along with its brothers. The encouraging news is that it definitely will. You may view Redmi’s whole teaser webpage for its introduction in India by clicking here, even though it may attract little attention on Twitter.

The microsite is intended for users in India. It concentrates on a few essential characteristics of the future gadget, the most notable of which is the compatibility of 5G networks. The AMOLED display also receives some attention, with the implication being made that it would have a higher maximum brightness compared to previous iterations of the Redmi Note that were not Pro models.

A Snapdragon chipset is also hinted at, along with the capability for cable charging at 33 watts and a triple back camera arrangement, the primary one of which has a 48-megapixel sensor.
